Robotic arm TINA at the Space Symposium 2023

The TINA modular robotic arm was designed specifically for space and has a variable length of 0.9m - 2m (7-DOF). TINA has multiple sensors, including force sensing, allowing the robotic arm to sense its environment. Also featured is the spin-off company Kinetik Space. Kinetik Space was founded in early 2022 and is presenting itself to an international audience of experts for the second time at the Space Symposium. The focus of the exhibit on display there is the lifetime extension of satellites and thus also picks up on Kinetik Space's overarching goal of creating sustainability in space.

The Spaces Symposium is an international event held in Colorado Springs, USA. The participants of the event represent different space sectors, which range from space agencies, commercial space companies, manufacturers of space technologies to research institutions with an aerospace focus. In addition to the Space Symposium with an extensive agenda, there will be an exhibit at the Ball Aerospace Exhibit Center (Broadmore Hall and Bartolin Hall) and the opportunity to participate in the event via a virtual platform.
