Certification of the PT-LF management system
Our management system has been audited and assessed by Lloyd's Register. It complies with the ISO 9001:2015 standards. This certification conveys a clear message about the quality orientation and the striving for quality at the Project Management Agency for Aviation Research.
Customer satisfaction is the focus of our daily work and we stand for a high level of transparency in our processes and continuous process optimisation. To ensure this, we conduct regular internal and external audits.
Evaluation of the aeronautics research programme
To ensure the quality of the funding programmes we support, they are critically examined by neutral evaluation teams.
These evaluations focus on the achievement of objectives and the effectiveness of the programme. Furthermore, the current progress of the project is examined, as well as the networking of stakeholders and the analysis of management options in the current programme.
An ex-ante evaluation provides results for a customised further development of the programme design and the funding instruments.
