BepiColombo/ MERTIS - Flightmodel
May 2013: BepiColombo/MERTIS flight model ready for delivery to ESA
After development, successful tests and calibration of the flight model, it is ready for delivery to ESA and will be integrated and tested on the satellites at Thales/Alenia from summer 2013 until 2015. The launch of BepiColombo to Mercury is now planned for 2016.
