Physical Foundations of IT Security Team

The Physical Foundations of IT Security Group in the Department of Terahertz and Laser Spectroscopy focus is on fundamental methods and technologies as well as on applications for optical quantum technologies. The former include quantum light sources and photonic quantum memories to store non-classical states of light. The latter include repeater based quantum communication, optical quantum computers, but also optical neuromorphic computing architectures for artificial intelligence.
