Nicely in time for the 2018 National Remote Sensing and Copernicus Forum in Berlin, the CODE-DE service platform makes available throughout Europe rectified and atmospherically corrected Sentinel-2 data (Level-2A). This adds another valuable data set to the existing inventory, which exceeds 1.2 million products.
Level-2A products are the starting point for most analyses in the geosciences. CODE-DE makes it possible to search and download the data sets produced by ESA using temporal, spatial or other criteria. Alternatively, users can also generate their own Level-2A products with the Sen2Cor processor supplied on CODE-DE.
In addition to Sentinel-1, Sentinel-2 and Sentinel-3 products, cloud-filtered mosaics of Sentinel-2 data showing Germany and augmented monthly are also now available online from the CODE-DE marketplace as tiles.
During the National Remote Sensing and Copernicus Forum a training session on the current CODE-DE features will be offered on 27 November 2018.
