Based on thorough analyses, we provide impetus for initiatives aimed at strengthening Germany’s research, education and innovation systems, as well as their international networking. For our clients - primarily federal and state ministries and subordinate authorities, the European Commission, as well as foundations, science organizations and associations, we develop action-oriented strategies. We design and manage funding programs and evaluate their impact, accompany funding projects and support the transfer of knowledge for use by industry and society. Our professional specialist and science communication supports this transfer. As part of our strategic consulting, even beyond specific funding expertise, we analyse societal and economic trends and developments in the research, education and innovation systems.
