Together with your manager and our DLR personnel development team, you identify courses that will help you advance professionally, methodically, socially and personally. We take our time to do this, because the qualifications and commitment of our employees are the key to the success of our research projects.

The spectrum of our more than 300 continuing education courses ranges from scientific publishing, presentation techniques and project management, to language learning, acquisition training and negotiation skills.
Our internal programmes, the ‘DLR Talent Management Programme’ and ‘DLR Mentoring’, support junior executives in their career development. We support our experienced managers and junior managers with special series of qualifications and training courses.
If required, external training opportunities are also available to our employees. A local HR development team is available at all sites to provide advice and support.
