The Institute of Transport Research at InnoTrans 2024

The leading trade fair for transport technology is highlighted by an outside area with 3,500 metres of track. International exhibitors are showcasing newest developments in railway technology, railway infrastructure, public transport, interiors and tunnel construction.

As part of the DLR booth our researchers will show a virtual reality demonstrator where you can experience the redesign of a transport hub. The collection “Pathway to the Future” unites several interactive presentations concerning the societal acceptance of autonomous driving, an inclusive design guide as well as proposals for Seamless Planning in EU rail freight transport and further topics.
