Manufacturing

To meet the requirements of scientific equipment manufacturing, Systemhaus Technik offers a wide range of machinery, including advanced CNC technology for milling, turning, drilling, eroding, ultrasonic machining and 3D printing in both metal and plastic.

We process steel, stainless steel, aluminium as well as complex, cutting-edge materials like fibre composites and ceramics and other specialised materials. Success is ensured not only by our qualified personnel but also by our CNC-controlled machines, which are programmed with the latest CAD/CAM systems.

Metal additive manufacturing:

Selective Laser Melting (SLM) produces complex metallic structures directly from CAD data. The materials used so far are titanium, stainless steels and Inconel.

Plastic additive manufacturing:

3D printing processes include fused deposition modelling (FDM), selective laser sintering (SLS) and stereolithography (SLA).

The implementation of complex projects requires extensive expertise in manufacturing technology and a systematic approach to developing solution strategies.

Systemhaus Technik conducts manufacturing studies to expand its expertise, minimise risks in final product manufacturing, account for a project's economic efficiency and sustainably document acquired knowledge for use in future projects.

The results are used to develop strategies that ensure optimal product implementation, while considering the specified criteria.

In manufacturing, we implement quality control using suitable and certified measurement equipment.

Systemhaus Technik is certified to the DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 quality standard.

With the utmost care, we ensure the highest possible quality in the manufacture of our products for our customers. Through continuous training of our team members, we maintain and improve our processes, thereby enhancing your products.
