Concept of the Lunar Gateway
In the future, the Lunar Gateway will serve as a base station in lunar orbit for astronauts. The Human Exploration Control Centre (HECC) is currently being established at DLR's German Space Operations Center. It is envisioned that the European modules of the gateway could be operated from there in the future.
