Around 240 guests attended the event held by DLR and the Federal State of Mecklenburg-Western Pommerania
DLR presented three of its seven new institutes and facilities at its 2019 Annual Reception. In conjunction with the Federal State of Mecklenburg-Western Pommerania, DLR invited European Members of Parliament and representatives from the federal states of Mecklenburg-Western Pommerania, Brandenburg, Sachsen-Anhalt and Saxony to Brussels on 9 July 2019. Together with Lorenz Caffier (far left), Minister of the Interior and Deputy Minister-President of Mecklenburg-Western Pommerania, Niklas Nienaß (2nd from left), MEP, Karsten Lemmer (3rd from left), DLR Executive Board Member for Energy and Transport, Hansjörg Dittus (4th from left), DLR Executive Board Member for Space Research and Technology, Walther Pelzer (5th from left), DLR Executive Board Member responsible for the Space Administration, Chair of the DLR Executive Board Pascale Ehrenfreund (6th from left) and Rolf Henke, DLR Executive Board Member for Aeronautics, around 240 guests accepted the invitation to the event at the Mecklenburg-Vorpommern Federal State Representative Office in Brussels.
