The DLR solar towers in Jülich
The Institute of Future Fuels researches solar processes for the production of chemical energy carriers such as hydrogen at the DLR solar towers. Researchers from DLR and industrial companies are also testing new components and processes to further develop solar power plants and the use of high-temperature solar heat for industrial processes. The solar towers are operated by the Institute of Solar Research.
