Dorottya Kriechbaumer is Mentor in the GWNET Programme
The Global Women's Network for the Energy Transition GWNET has selected Dorottya Kriechbaumer from the Institute of Future Fuels as a mentor.
GWNET aims to empower women in the energy sector. It works to address the current gender imbalance in the energy sector and promote gender-sensitive action around the energy transition in all parts of the world. Young female professionals in the energy sector should be guided in their development by role models.
The focus regions are the MENA region, South Africa, the Middle East, Latin America and India. Each applicant will be paired with a mentor based on compatibility and objectives. During the one-year period, mentors will be in regular contact with their mentees and will discuss topics such as personal development, strategies for achieving their goals, work-life balance and, of course, topics related to their work.
The programme is organised by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GIZ.
