Getting there

By car

from Stuttgart / Stuttgart city centre:

Take the B10/B14 in the direction of Esslingen/Ulm or the A8 motorway to the Ulm-West exit (exit 62), take the B10 in the direction of Ulm. In Ulm turn off the B10 onto Berliner Ring (exit in the direction of Blaustein / Wissenschaftsstadt-Universität / Wissenschaftsstadt-Kliniken Eselsberg), follow Berliner Ring until Albert-Einstein-Allee, then follow Albert-Einstein-Allee until Manfred-Börner-Strasse. The DLR entrance is in Wilhelm-Runge-Strasse directly opposite the tram line stop “Manfred-Börner-Strasse”.

from Munich / München city centre:

Follow Landsberger Str., Josef-Felder-Str. (B2) and Pippinger Strasse, take the A8 motorway to the Ulm-West exit (exit 62), take the B10 towards Ulm. In Ulm turn off the B10 onto Berliner Ring (exit towards Blaustein / Wissenschaftsstadt-Universität / Wissenschaftsstadt-Kliniken Eselsberg), follow Berliner Ring until Albert-Einstein-Allee, then follow Albert-Einstein-Allee until Manfred-Börner-Strasse. By train

Take ICE, IC, RE or RB train to Ulm central station, walk to tram stop platform B (2 minutes), take tram line 2 in the direction of Science Park II to the Manfred-Börner-Straße stop (14 minutes, 10 stops). The DLR entrance is in Wilhelm-Runge-Strasse directly opposite the stop.

By air

from Stuttgart Airport by car:

Take the A8 motorway to the Ulm-West exit (exit 62), then take the B10 towards Ulm. In Ulm turn off the B10 onto Berliner Ring (exit towards Blaustein / Wissenschaftsstadt-Universität / Wissenschaftsstadt-Kliniken Eselsberg). S-Bahn (S2 direction Schorndorf, S3 direction Backnang or U6 direction Gerlingen) to Stuttgart Hauptbahnhof (main station), then see 'By train'.

from Munich Airport by car:

Take the Zentralallee to the A92 in Freising, follow the A92 to the A8, take the A8 to Berliner Ring in Ulm, take the B10 exit towards Blaustein / Wissenschaftsstadt-Universität / Wissenschaftsstadt-Kliniken Eselsberg. Follow Berliner Ring until Albert-Einstein-Allee, then follow Albert-Einstein-Allee until Manfred-Börner-Strasse. from Munich Airport by train:

S-Bahn (S1 direction Leuchtenbergring or S8 direction Herrsching / Wessling) to Munich Central Station, then see 'By train'.
