High-Performance Computing and Networking (HPCN) Workshop 2022
High Performance Computing is a key enabler for the numerical simulation of aerodynamics and multidisciplinary simulation as well as optimization of aircraft /spacecraft vehicles and their components.
jointly organized by DLR, T-Systems, GWDG, ZIH
Scope & Objectives
The essential need of tailored HPC-systems in aerospace requires a close cooperation of the application side with providers of these systems.
This year the HPCN-Workshop will be held as a face-to-face event in two sessions on consecutive days. DLR, aerospace academia and industries will present their research and projects in the scope of the workshop, ranging from hybrid HPC-AI applications to today’s classical large-scale HPC-applications in aerospace focusing on performance and scalability aspects. Hard- and software providers of HPC-systems will present their latest developments.
Venue
Heinz-Schönfeld-Hörsaal (Barkhausen-Bau) at TU Dresden, Georg-Schumann-Straße 13 (near Nöthnitzer Straße), 01069 Dresden
