EXACT Public Symposium: Which ways lead towards sustainable aviation by 2040?
How can aircraft with alternative propulsion systems be both sustainable and economically viable? How will other parts of the air transport system such as airports or maintenance facilities need to be adapted in consequence?
Within EXACT – our biggest project on the identification of pathways towards sustainable aviation – we are analyzing this and more.
For doing so, we use our globally unique competence for conducting such complex study: 20 institutes from the German Aerospace Center (DLR) are bundling their research efforts to answer one of the most pressing big questions of our time.
