Forest in the south of the E-SAR/F-SAR calibration site at airfield Kaufbeuren, Germany. This is another detail image of the historically first fully polarimetric C-band image of F-SAR. Note that there is significantly more contrast in forest data compared to X-band as carrier frequency (see Traunstein image in the gallery).
