We would like to announce that our colleague Nicola Gollin with co-authors Michele Martone, Gerhard Krieger, Paola Rizzoli, all DLR Microwaves and Radar Institute, and Ernesto Imbembo (ESA) and Stefan Knoll (Airbus), were awarded the 3rd Place Student Paper Award for their contribution "AI for Performance-Optimized Quantization in Future SAR Systems" at the European Conference on Synthetic Aperture Radar (EUSAR 2024) in Munich.
Nicola faced a tough competition at a very successful EUSAR with approximately 500 participants from 38 countries.
The paper was published in the EUSAR 2024 conference proceedings (VDE-Verlag), is indexed in Scopus and will be published online in IEEE Xplore shortly. Congratulations to Nicola and colleagues!
