We are pleased to inform you that our colleague Martin Freiherr von Chiari, DLR Microwaves and Radar Institute, successfully defended his dissertation entitled “Untersuchung der Einflüsse von Störern auf SAR-Systeme und Analyse von Schutzmaßnahmen" (Investigation of the influence of interferers on SAR systems and analysis of protective measures) on October 30, 2024 at Chemnitz University of Technology. This thesis provides a basis for the optimization of future SAR systems regarding jamming.
