We would like to inform you that our colleague Joao Pedro Turchetti has received the third place of the ARGUS Science Award 2023 for his master thesis entitled "Concurrent Imaging Mode Applied to High Resolution Wide Swath SAR Imaging". The ARGUS Science Award is presented annually by Hensoldt at a workshop with research institutions and universities, the so called “Professorentag” which took place yesterday, on October 24, 2023, at the Hensoldt facilities in Ulm. This year the competition was tough and ca. 15 bachelor and master theses were awarded. Congratulations to Joao Pedro, we wish him all the best for his future career.
