We are happy to announce that our colleague Luca Dell Amore received the "Young Scientist Award" at the Kleinheubacher Tagung, 23 - 25 September 2019, from Awards Commitee Chairman Dr. A. Kraus (Max-Planck Institute of Radio Astronomy, Radio Observatory Effelsberg).
The title of his contribution, co-authored by Dr. Michelangelo Villano, Prof. Gerhard Krieger, Prof. Alberto Moreira is "Waveform-Encoded Synthetic Aperture Radar: Image Quality Assessment Using Satellite Data". A Young Scientist Award (YSA) is associated with a certificate, waving the conference fees and a prize money of 300 Euro. Congratulations, Luca!
