We are happy to announce that our colleagues Francescopaolo Sica and Andrea Pulella reached the final of the Copernicus Master 2020, DLR Environment and Health Challenge. They participated together with the firm CQuest, proposing an idea entitled “Satellite-Based Carbon Sequestration Monitoring” where they analyzed the potential of multi-sensor remote sensing data, together with physical modelling and artificial intelligence, for the retrieval of soil carbon.
