ZKI visits the Bavarian Red Cross (BRK) regional office in Munich

A very productive working meeting took place on 10.07.2019 between the representatives of the department rescue service/safety research in the Bavarian Red Cross (BRK) and the colleagues of the ZKI. The ZKI staff presented the EU project DRIVER+, which has developed and tested new concepts for the implementation and evaluation of large-scale exercises, at the regional office.

As a partner in national and EU projects, the BRK is repeatedly responsible for the organisation of large-scale exercises as an end user and was thus able to gain valuable insights into the current state of security research in this field.

Uwe Kippnich (BRK), Konstanze Lechner (ZKI), Michaela Selzer (BRK) and Elisa Schröter (ZKI) met at the Munich regional office of the Bavarian Red Cross (BRK).
