One thing is clear: safety and sustainability are at the centre of all discussions. European space must tackle both issues together in order to meet global challenges. Galileo plays an important role in ensuring Europe's independence and sovereignty. It was also interesting to receive updates on other EU and ESA projects on how space can be best utilised for the benefit of the Earth - the Space Pavilion's motto - now and in the future.
