At the end of June, we took part in the bonding company contact fair in Stuttgart together with other colleagues from the German Aerospace Center. Every year, the fair is organised and run entirely by the student council of the University of Stuttgart. In addition to the DLR, many other companies from the aerospace industry and other sectors took part. It was a great event and we were thrilled to see how well the student body in Stuttgart organises such a well-attended and flawlessly organised event every year.
In addition to the opportunity to hold many interesting discussions and hopefully show some students what it is like to work at DLR, there was also a small competition. At the end of the event, the students voted for their three favourite exhibitors. Our DLR stand was convincing and we were voted 2nd place as ‘Student's Favourite’ - what an honour!
We are therefore grateful for the award, the organisation and the great exchange at the bonding company contact fair 2023 in Stuttgart.
