The dynamic passenger cabin offers space for up to 16 people and can be integrated into the AVES’ motion platform. It enables the realistic simulation of all flight movements, such as take-off, landing and turbulence, and is ideal for studies on passenger behaviour.
This cabin offers unique opportunities for acceptance studies with maximum immersion (immersion in the virtual world). Topics such as the use of VR in moving environments, the elimination of windows in new generations of aircraft and flight comfort in future, highly flexible aircraft can be investigated.
Eight monitors with 4K resolution can be individually programmed to simulate a realistic outside view for passengers. A sound system with 16 loudspeakers and a subwoofer as well as a powerful air conditioning system ensure an authentic flight experience. Freely controllable LEDs enable the implementation of any lighting scenarios to simulate different lighting conditions.
