Base-X goes South Korea
Prof. Dr Anke Kaysser-Pyzalla, Chair of the DLR Executive Board, and Prof. Dr Karsten Lemmer, DLR Executive Board Member for Innovation & Transfer, together with Prof. Dr Frank Köster, Founding Director of the DLR Institute for AI Safety, received a business delegation from Daegu, South Korea, at the Hannover Fair.
As part of the Gaia-X 4 Future Mobility presentation, DLR and the guests signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish an intensive cooperation. Together, the parties want to develop secure data service ecosystems and data-driven mobility concepts. Further steps towards an international and application-agnostic data infrastructure will be taken with a jointly implemented use case in South Korea.
The DLR Institute of AI Safety and Security coordinates the Gaia-X 4 Future Mobility project group. The team is intensively involved in the transfer of knowledge and the consolidation and internationalisation of the Base-X solution developed in the project group, which will be applied in the above-mentioned collaboration.
