OPENVOCS®
OPENVOCS® is a voice communication system for mission control. The “OPENVOCS®“ idea was initiated to redefine voice communication for space mission control environments using a lightweight approach. It offers a customizable web-based client interface for system interaction and media distribution and a dedicated backend system for authorization and administration as well as media mixing.
A core strength of OPENVOCS® is that as client a standard web-browser can be used. No installation of additional software or expensive user hardware is required. OPENVOCS® had its successful mission debut with the MORABA colleagues at research mission in Kiruna (SWE) in 2023.
